Options for food and accomodation in the Dunlap area are very limited. Because of this and the ease of logistics we encourage people to stay at St Nichols Ranch. Here pilots can sleep in dormatories, or lodges and enjoy all of the facilities available including swimming pool, soccer field, chapel, etc. Details of the cost for this can be found on the booking form.

Food will be served in the Dinning Hall in the heart of the Ranch. This is a spacious facility offering tea, coffee, water and juice all day long.

Cooked breakfasts and evening meals will be served here for those chosing this option. Breakfasts will include: tea, coffee, fruit juice, cereals, cooked breakfast including, eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, pancakes.

The dinner menu will include 2 pizza meals, 2 mexican meals, 2 barbeques and a traditional ranch type dinners.

Freshly made sandwiches will be available on launch. This is not included in the package price. We anticipate this cost will be about $5.

Accomodation at St Nicholas Ranch is in either dormatories or "lodges". Opportunities for RV are available but space is limited. Please enquire by email about this.

The lodges sleep a maximum of 4 each with their own private bathroom including bath and shower. Rooms are pristine. There are a total of 26 lodges but only 20 may be available due to renovations.

The dormatories sleep a maximum of 16 with shared showers and toilets. Dorms are pristine offering accomodation for those on a budget. There are a total of 12 dorms.

If you wish to stay in the lodges, please make a note on your booking form the folks you would prefer to share with. To meet this request, ensure that yours and your friends submit their payment as soon as possible. Late submissions will not guarantee lodge accomodation with your friends. Please also note that if all of the lodges are not available and more than 80 pilots and volunteers register, accomodation in the dorms is likely.

A wider range of accomodation is available in the nearby large town of Sanger. Further afield in Fresno the range is substantially greater.

Food may be purchased at supermarkets in Fresno. More locally there is a gas station in Squaw Valley.
